They should send an SMS to 8171 again with the registered SIM on their correct card number.
They will get a confirmation reply immediately. If you receive a confirmation reply that you are eligible, then you should go to your nearest BISP program office and complete the registration process. 10500 is given to my registered families every three months under the Benazir Kafaalat Program.
